General Sale Conditions: All orders acknowledge and accept the terms listed on our website. Prices exclude shipping and handling unless specified. Texas orders are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Sales Tax: If sales tax is not calculated for Texas orders online, we will calculate and notify customers to pay the tax amount before shipping. Additionally, we may be required to collect sales tax in the jurisdiction where the part is shipped if applicable.

All Sales are Final: No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. All sales are final. In the case of defective merchandise, please contact the manufacturer.

Shortages, Damages, and Losses: Report any shortages, damages, or losses to the shipping carrier immediately upon receipt. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection.

Shipping Policies: Carrier/Shipping method may change based on product and destination. Credit Card Orders ship only to verified billing addresses after all information is verified and matched. Orders not paid in full will be canceled after 7 calendar days. A 25% restocking fee applies to refused shipments and canceled orders that have been shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Expedited Shipping: Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will ship or arrive within that timeframe from the date of order. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm with us for specific arrival times. We reserve the right to substitute the shipping carrier.

Non-Continental US and International Shipping: Contact us for shipping rates outside the lower 48 states. We may have different rates depending on location and what is ordered. Orders are not processed until full payment is received.

International Orders: We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. It is the customer responsibility to verify part compatibility for non-US vehicles before ordering. Payments must be from a confirmed address that matches the billing address.

Order Processing: We may wait up to 24 hours to process orders to ensure customers have made their order correctly and do not wish to change them. Orders with out-of-stock or backordered items will not be processed until customer approval is received.

Product and Pricing Changes: Prices, materials, design, color, contents, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may show optional items sold separately. Some images maybe generic and not reflect actual item.

Special and Custom Orders: No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special or custom orders. Special orders require full payment in advance.

Technical Difficulties: In case of technical difficulties affecting pricing, shipping calculations, or sales tax computations, we will correct any discrepancies at the time of processing.

Product Usage: Most products are intended for off-highway, racing, and off-road use only. Compliance with laws is the customer’s responsibility.

Manufacturer Warranties: Products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for warranty claims.

Paypal Payment Refunds: For orders paid via Paypal, a 4% fee will be deducted from refunds due to Paypal's processing fee policy. For a $100 order, this means a refund of $96.

Credit Card Payment Refunds: As of March 6, 2023, orders paid by credit card methods other than Paypal will have a 3% refund fee. For a $100 payment, the refund will be $97.

Refund Methods: Approved refunds are issued via Paypal, Zelle, Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, as determined by us.

Price Matching Policy:
Pre-Purchase Requirement: Our price matching policy is applicable only prior to purchase. We do not offer price matching for products already purchased.Verification of Competitor's Offer: For pre-purchase price match consideration, we require proof of the competitor's pricing and confirmation of their product's availability in inventory.
Discretionary Price Matching: The decision to honor a price match request is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve or deny such requests based on our assessment of the competitor's offer and alignment with our pricing policies.

Engine Modification Components: All engine modification components, except those that are exempt, are designed for off-highway application. These components are legal in Texas for racing vehicles only and may not be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of devices or elements affecting vehicle emission or safety on public highways. Violation of such laws can result in fines or penalties. Installation of these parts may void the warranty coverage of your vehicle. Vehicles modified with these parts may not be lawfully used on public highways. All engine parts, headlight units, and electrical components are sold "AS-IS" without any warranty, either express or implied, and are not returnable. The user assumes all costs and risks associated with these and other automotive parts, performance parts, and accessories sold through MazdaspeedTuning.com.
